PROJECT NAME: CROFTBANK CRESCENT
Location: Bothwell, Glasgow
Description of Works: Saunders provided Independent Monitoring Surveyor services for two funders and two borrowers on this construction of 12 apartments in Bothwell, just a short journey to Glasgow. The development started in 2018 but was delayed following the pandemic. A new developer and borrower took over the project in 2023 to complete the high-end apartments in a highly desirable location.

Challenges: The current funding was complicated by the condition of the existing building following a long period of inactivity. As Independent Monitoring Surveyors we have had to work closely with all parties to ensure challenges are reported and managed within the funding available.
