Description of Works: Construction of a new 200m2 extension, tied into three existing buildings to aid Kimberly Clark increase manufacturing processes.
Services: Quantity Surveying / Contract Administrator
Challenges: The project had many challenges regarding the ground conditions, which resulted in piling and also altering the site levels when tying into the existing building. The project was competitively tendered with a thorough down select process involving contractor interviews.
